XTRABADGE for Corporate Wear
The intricate design of the Xtrabadge lends itself to being ideal for Corporate Uniforms, where accurate replication of your clients brand is critical. In addition to this, using an Xtrabadge ensures that the garment is not puckered by the embroidery process or the detail of the design lost by other factors such as a dense fleece type.
Choose from traditional sew-on badges, or the innovation Heat Applied Xtrabadge backing – easily applied with a Heat Press, reducing labour time against machine embroidery and higher skill levels required.
Can the XTRABADGE really be Heat Applied?
Absolutely. The adhesive we use is tested primarily for domestic washing which accounts for 90% of corporatewear washing. For industrial laundry applications, we recommend you test the badges first in your wash cycles, and if in doubt run a single stitch line around the badge. If this is necassary, it is still substantially quicker to apply than direct embroidery and requiring lower skill levels and no expensive embroidery machinery.
